Jordan McLean
Jordan McLean serves as Food Hub Operations Director for Piedmont Fresh, where she oversees producer relations, food hub operations, and market development. She has played a key role in the growth and expansion of Piedmont Fresh, helping strengthen connections between local farmers, markets, and community partners.
Jordan manages local food distribution and food access initiatives, including the Food Prescription Box Program, FarmsSHARE Program, Senior Box Program, and Farm-to-Pantry partnerships. Her experience in food aggregation, distribution, producer support, inventory coordination, and community partnerships helps ensure local food reaches more families while supporting a stronger regional food system. She also led producer support during Piedmont Fresh's transition to a new e-commerce platform, helping create a more efficient and accessible marketplace.

Thomas McNeill has been an integral part of Piedmont Fresh since its early days, helping build the food hub's aggregation and distribution systems while supporting its continued growth. As Warehouse & Inventory Manager, he oversees warehouse operations, inventory management, producer deliveries, and order fulfillment to ensure local food moves efficiently from farms to the community.
Thomas also supports food access initiatives, including Farm-to-Pantry partnerships, and brings extensive experience in logistics, inventory coordination, aggregation, and local food distribution. His dedication to efficient operations helps strengthen the regional food system while supporting local farmers and producers.

Volunteers are at the heart of Davidson County Local Food Network and Piedmont Fresh. From helping with Piedmont Fresh operations and food access programs to supporting the annual DCLFN Farm Tour and community events, volunteers play an important role in connecting neighbors, farmers, and local food initiatives.
