Meet Our Producers

  • Anders Family Farm

Located in Tobaccoville, NC, specializes in hydroponic lettuce, herbs, greens, and microgreens. The farm is USDA GAP certified, pesticide-free, and non-GMO. Their lettuce is sold "living" with roots attached, ensuring a longer shelf life, and none of their produce is washed to guarantee freshness. The farm is dedicated to providing high-quality, fresh produce to consumers.

  • Correll Farms

In the late 1880s, Martha Correll bought land to give her son Franklin an inheritance, planting the roots of what would become a six-generation family farm committed to stewardship, conservation, and adaptation. Today, Correll Farms, LLC continues that legacy under David and Cheryl Correll, raising diverse crops, advocating for agriculture, and preserving the land forever through a Conservation Easement.

  • Fancy Plants Farmstead

    Fancy Plants Farmstead

We’re Leslie Cash and Sarah Shuman—sister-in-laws, growers, and the hands behind Fancy Plants Farmstead. What began as a family nickname for Sarah’s careful seed-starting turned into a shared love for cultivating fresh-cut flowers and herbs. You’ll find us each week at the Lexington Farmers Market and on Piedmont Fresh.

  • Heritage Harvest Farms

We restored our 150-year-old family farmland to care for the land, strengthen our local food system, and create a place where community can connect, learn, and grow. Through regenerative farming, beekeeping, mushrooms, heirloom crops, and handcrafted products, we honor the natural cycles of the land while preserving its legacy for future generations. We invite you to be part of the journey as we continue learning, growing, and sharing these farms with our community.

  • Seven Sisters Farm

Seven Sisters Farm began with a shared love for nature—and a can of Spaghettios on a college field trip. Janice, one of seven sisters, grew up on a Maryland farm with deep family roots. After a few years farming there, she and Denton native Michael moved back to North Carolina in 2013. They launched The Fine Farming Company in 2014, which grew into Seven Sisters Farm—shaped by their journey, three kids, and a commitment to a simpler, farm-centered life.

  • Sunflower Hill Farm LLC

In 2018, my husband and I returned to Davidson County and started Sunflower Hill Farm LLC, offering lamb and honey with plans for more produce. Inspired by my parents' love of gardening and a field of sunflowers, we hope to inspire others as they inspired me.
